The company is a fintech company specializing in local and cross-border payment solutions for emerging markets. Our platform enables global companies to accept payments in local currencies through native methods in each country, facilitating their international expansion.
We are looking for a Product Owner Payouts to lead the development and optimization of our payout and disbursement products. This role focuses on building scalable, compliant, and efficient payout solutions to support merchants, partners, and beneficiaries across global markets. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure reliable and timely payments worldwide.
Responsibilities:
● Own the roadmap and backlog for the company’s payout and disbursement solutions.
● Define and prioritize product features that enhance efficiency, speed, and reliability of payments.
● Partner with Engineering to build robust integrations with local banks and payment rails.
● Work with Operations and Treasury teams to optimize settlement, reconciliation, and cash management processes.
● Ensure payout products comply with regulatory, KYC/AML, and reporting standards.
● Analyze key KPIs such as payment success rate, processing time, and operational cost.
● Collaborate with Customer Success to improve beneficiary experience and reduce friction.
● Support onboarding of new payout corridors and currencies.
● Drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen payout scalability and automation.
Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least 3 in fintech or payments.
● Strong knowledge of payout processes, disbursements, and money movement flows.
● Experience integrating with banking APIs and payment service providers.
● Understanding of reconciliation, settlement, and FX processes.
● Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to operational detail.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Advanced English level (spoken and written).
