In charge of gathering the company’s internal information for Finance audits to our licensees, affiliates, productions, issuing reports to Management. Invoicing audit findings and performing payments to our external auditors. In terms of Compliance, perform and following up on requests for new roles in SAP, as well as participating on Compliance requests.
Main responsibilities:
● Gathering the company’s internal information for Finance audits to our licensees, affiliates, productions from our different systems, submitting this info to our external auditors for their audits.
● Reconcile this information before submission to our external auditors.
● Issuing reports to Manager on external audit performances.
● Invoicing audit findings and following up on their collections.
● Perform PO and payments to our external auditors at audit end.
● Compliance: reception and follow up on new roles requests in SAP, as well as roles changes.
● Issuing reports to Manager on Compliance performances.
Requirements:
● Required Tenure: 1-2 years’ experience in Audit.
● Well organized, detail-oriented team player with proven ability to multitask effectively and work independently and confidently
● Basic working knowledge on audit and Compliance. SAP intermediate knowledge.
● Office (Intermediate level)
● SAP (Intermediate level)
● Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent in experience (ideal: Graduate or about to graduate)
