We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
● Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
● Monitoring: Regularly monitor client accounts to ensure all services are running smoothly and any issues are promptly addressed.
● Responsiveness: Be 100% responsive to client needs and inquiries, providing timely follow-up on all requests.
● Ownership: Take full ownership of client issues, working proactively to resolve them and prevent future problems.
● Annual Performance Assessments: Once a year, conduct performance assessments for clients, preparing and delivering detailed reports.
Position responsibilities:
● Client Retention and Client Satisfaction.
● Preparation of proposals/quotes and acceptance of orders from clients.
● Expand the managed services spend within the client base.
● Works with account managers and clients directly to create quotes.
● Maintain detailed documentation of all account activity in the CRM systems.
Requirements:
● Fluency in English: Must have near-native fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
● Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to maintain strong client relationships and a commitment to client satisfaction.
● Organizational skills.
● Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical aspects of the industry.
● Previous experience as an account manager is preferred but not required.
