We are a global team with employees in several offices in the european region that ensures the company remains safe while selling its services and conducting its business. We aim to be ecommerce specialists and data-driven and to understand the workings of the company and our ecommerce platform because this will make us work better and smarter.

In this role, you will:
● Participate and engage in corporate strategy on a global level, so English is a must-have.
● Research and advise relevant legal and commercial issues in Europe.
● Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, from a commercial perspective (legal knowledge would be considered a plus)
● Conduct various projects and other duties as assigned.
● Participate in strategic deals and understand the business and commercial side of agreements while ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
● Evaluate discount requests following the company pricing playbook and pricing calculator.
● Provide Sales Teams insights on pricing and commercial matters.
● Designing new processes and policies required to gain operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with Sales leaders to accelerate deal structures velocity, serving the right customer experience.
● Drive innovative pricing strategy, complex contract negotiations and guarantee compliance to corporate policies.
● Support with contracts amendments and adjustments, managing in CLM.
● Develop relationships with our commercial teams.

Who you are:
● You have a business, law or engineering degree with a commercial and/or e-commerce background (this requirement is exclusive)
● With excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English. French, German or Italian will be considered a plus.
● Have at least 5 years of experience counted from graduation and working for a major multinational corporations. Experience in tech companies will be preferred.
● Have a commercial background (this is a must)
● Enjoy working collaboratively.
● Able to think of secure solutions for complex contract negotiations with clients.
● Have interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees.
● Attentive to detail and have a sense of quality.
● Organized and self-motivated to work in an environment with significant autonomy.
● Average user with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite. Power BI would be a plus.
