Basic requirements:
● Experience 5+ years
● Degree Software Engineering (preferably)
● Language Fluent in English
Technical skills:
● Minimum 2 years of application development experience using Ruby on Rails
● Expertise in the design and implementation of user-centric software, with focus on usability
Other requirements:
● Proactive and curious
● Team player
● Understands the business driving software performance and needs
● Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
● Ability to simplify problems and translate them to code
● Experience working in a distributed environment mainly with a US or Canadian based team
Nice to have:
● Experience working with Cloud Platforms, preferably AWS
● Application development experience using Microservices
● Experience consuming Web Services / Web API preferred
